Provide the Details to the Angkas Customer Service Representative:

Your Angkas Mobile Number
Booking ID (If applicable)
Date of Accident
Statement (Initial report of the incident)
Location of the accident
Wait for the Emergency Response Team: They will be dispatched to assist you.
For Customer Reporting an Accident:
Customers can also follow the same procedure as bikers.
Move to a safe location.
Call the Angkas hotlines.
Provide the necessary details (Name, Angkas Mobile Number, Booking ID, Date of Accident, Statement, and Location).
Wait for the Emergency Response Team.
For Third-Party Reporting:
If someone else is reporting the incident, the following details must be provided:
Name of the Caller
Name of the Biker or Customer
Plate Number of the biker’s motorcycle
Location of the accident
Initial Report Statement
Wait for the Emergency Response Team to arrive.
