If you’re involved in an accident, follow these steps:

  1. Move to a Safe Area: Ensure that you are in a safe location before making the report.

  2. Call the Angkas Hotlines:

  3. Provide the Details to the Angkas Customer Service Representative:

    • Your Name

    • Your Angkas Mobile Number

    • Booking ID (If applicable)

    • Date of Accident

    • Statement (Initial report of the incident)

    • Location of the accident

  4. Wait for the Emergency Response Team: They will be dispatched to assist you.

For Customer Reporting an Accident:

  • Customers can also follow the same procedure as bikers.

    • Move to a safe location.

    • Call the Angkas hotlines.

    • Provide the necessary details (Name, Angkas Mobile Number, Booking ID, Date of Accident, Statement, and Location).

    • Wait for the Emergency Response Team.

For Third-Party Reporting:

  • If someone else is reporting the incident, the following details must be provided:

    • Name of the Caller

    • Name of the Biker or Customer

    • Plate Number of the biker’s motorcycle

    • Location of the accident

    • Initial Report Statement

  • Wait for the Emergency Response Team to arrive.
