To report a complaint about a biker or driver, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Angkas:

    • Send a message to the Angkas Facebook Page

    • Email support@angkas.com

    • Call the Angkas Hotlines

  2. Provide the Following Details:

    • Angkas Registered Name

    • Angkas Registered Mobile Number

    • Biker’s Name

    • Summary of the Complaint

    • Screenshot to support the complaint (if available)

  3. Wait for an Update: Angkas will review your complaint and provide an update.

After submitting the complaint, the biker will be asked to report to the Policy and Compliance Department for an explanation. Action will be taken based on the severity of the issue.

The Policy and Compliance Department will provide an update within 24 to 48 hours after reviewing the complaint.
