Provide the Following Details:
Angkas Registered Name
Angkas Registered Mobile Number
Biker’s Name
Summary of the Complaint
Screenshot to support the complaint (if available)
Wait for an Update: Angkas will review your complaint and provide an update.
After submitting the complaint, the biker will be asked to report to the Policy and Compliance Department for an explanation. Action will be taken based on the severity of the issue.
The Policy and Compliance Department will provide an update within 24 to 48 hours after reviewing the complaint.
