Changing Your Mind After Booking a Ride with Angkas
If you decide to change your mind after the Angkas biker has already arrived at the pick-up location, follow these steps to avoid being charged:
Cancel the Booking:
If you haven’t yet been picked up by the biker, you can cancel the booking directly in the app. Simply inform the biker that you no longer wish to proceed with the ride.If Already Picked Up:

Your name
Your Angkas registered number
The reason you changed your mind about the ride
Booking Cancellation Process:
If you need to cancel the ride, do the following:Swipe up to view the biker’s details.
Tap “Cancel”.
Select or enter the reason for canceling the ride.
Confirm the cancellation by tapping “Confirm Cancellation”.
Refunds:
To avoid being charged, ensure that you cancel the booking before the biker starts the ride. Refunds will be processed after cancellation.
