To request an e-receipt, passengers need to:

  1. Send a message to the Angkas Facebook page, email support@angkas.com, or call the Angkas Hotlines.

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Angkas Registered Name

    • Angkas Registered Mobile Number

    • Date and time of the booking

    • Trip ID

    • Active Email Address

  3. Wait for Angkas Customer Service to assist with the e-receipt request.

  4. The e-receipt will be sent to the provided email address.

Angkas provides an e-receipt that will be manually sent to the customer's email after a request is made.
