How to Apply as an Angkas Biker:
To apply as an Angkas biker, follow these steps:
Schedule your application through the link: bit.ly/AKSNewbikerapplicant.
Attend the Free Safety Seminar (1.5 hours).
Complete the Driving Skills Test (5 minutes).
Undergo a Motorcycle Audit.
Pay for the Biker Kit (payment depends on the selected package). Note: Steps 2-4 are not required if applying for Angkas Padala.
Requirements to Become an Angkas Biker:
To become an Angkas biker, the following documents are required:
NBI Clearance
Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1 or A)
OR/CR of your motor (2018 or later)
Brgy Clearance or PNP/Police Clearance
Medical Certificate (for applicants aged 51-58, indicating "Fit to Drive Motorcycle")
Ensure the documents are hard copies and valid.
What to Do If the Motorcycle is Not Under Your Name:
If the motorcycle is not under your name, you can submit one of the following documents:
Notarized Deed of Sale
Authorization Letter from the owner with a valid ID
Repo Sale / Certificate of Sale
Sales Invoice
Application Location for Angkas Biker:
The application process is held at the Angkas Tagumpay Center located at 11 Ortigas Ave, Sto Domingo, Cainta.
Dress Code for Angkas Biker Application:
Applicants must wear pants, closed shoes, and a t-shirt when applying.
Motorcycles Not Accepted by Angkas:
Angkas does not accept the following types of motorcycles:
Motorcycles older than 6 years (2017 or earlier).
Motorcycles with engine displacement of 109cc or below (underpowered).
Motorcycles with engine displacement of 181cc or above (manual/semi-automatic).
Motorcycles with engine displacement of 201cc or above (automatic).
Sports-type motorcycles (racing & off-road/enduro).
Motorcycles with small tires below 10" diameter (tires between 10"-12" may be subject to approval based on other factors such as tire width, rim/mags, suspension type, and load capacity).
Motorcycles with modifications such as altered handlebars, rear sets, or lowered frames.
Accepted Driver's License Types:
Angkas accepts the following types of driver’s licenses:
Professional Driver’s License: For both Passenger and Padala Service.
Non-Professional Driver’s License: For Padala Service only.
