Motorcycle Breakdown with Angkas – Information for Passengers

If a motorcycle breaks down during the ride, passengers will not be charged for the disruption.

To avoid being charged in the event of a breakdown, it's important to call the Angkas Hotline immediately to cancel the booking. Neither the passenger nor the biker has the option to cancel the booking directly from the app.

If the breakdown occurs near the drop-off location, passengers have the option to allow the biker to complete the booking. However, in this case, the passenger will still be charged the full fare for the ride.
