This document describes guidelines and information for passengers who experienced the “Location Permission” message after opening the application.


STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ALLOW LOCATION ALL THE TIME:

  1. For Android:

    • Open the Settings app on your device.

    • Tap on Apps & notifications (or Apps on some devices).

    • Select the app for which you want to allow location access.

    • Tap on Permissions.

    • Tap on Location.

    • Select Allow all the time (or Allow all the time).

  2. For iOS:

    • Open the Settings app on your device.

    • Scroll down and select the app for which you want to allow location access.

    • Tap on Location.

    • Select Always.


REASON FOR THE “LOCATION PERMISSION” MESSAGE:
This message appears because the permission for location access at all times is not enabled in the settings of your device.
