This document describes guidelines and information for passengers who experienced the “Location Permission” message after opening the application.
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ALLOW LOCATION ALL THE TIME:
For Android:
Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap on Apps & notifications (or Apps on some devices).
Select the app for which you want to allow location access.
Tap on Permissions.
Tap on Location.
Select Allow all the time (or Allow all the time).
For iOS:
Open the Settings app on your device.
Scroll down and select the app for which you want to allow location access.
Tap on Location.
Select Always.
REASON FOR THE “LOCATION PERMISSION” MESSAGE:
This message appears because the permission for location access at all times is not enabled in the settings of your device.
